Not good for zoom out issue

I bought this because of the problem zoom out scaling in iOS 7 for my ipad. This app instantly irritated me-"fixes" the picture and then, instead of mounting as wallpaper, it sends you back to your photo stream to use the "fixed" image. However, the final product is NOT what was previewed and you still have zoom out problems. Wasted $0.99
