In my opinion ,the app nearly is the best wallpaper app. The favorite function owned by it is that it can edit photos before I make it to be wallpaper . Its really sweet and convenient to me.

I bought this because of the problem zoom out scaling in iOS 7 for my ipad. This app instantly irritated me-"fixes" the picture and then, instead of mounting as wallpaper, it sends you back to your photo stream to use the "fixed" image. However, the final product is NOT what was previewed and you still have zoom out problems. Wasted $0.99

Ok, am I missing something? It doesnt shrink my photo proportionately so the proportions are skewed...
